Have a little cheerleader at home? Your little on will enjoy learning all cheer basics! From sideline chants to choreographed dances, athletes get to explore different sides of cheerleading while covering entry level vocab, body postions, and motions.

The Lil Ninja class introduces speed, agility, and coordination in a quick paced setting. Athletes are learning entry-level progressions for all skills regarding sports and agility. Athletes are covering skills using the floor, beam, bars, and rope.

Your 4 year old will have a blast with creative movement, yoga stretches, building focus, strength and body awareness. Students will learn skills on standard gymnastics equipment such as, floor, beam, bars and trampoline.

Your kiddo will have a blast learning balance, strength, and agility in all areas of Premier Athletics. Students are introduced to Dance, Gymnastics, and Lil Ninja to strengthen all gross and fine motor skills. Each area is explored on a weekly roatation.
